Jay is responsible for the business vision, strategic growth, profitability and operations of the firm. He is involved in every aspect of the business, ensuring that the firm's focus and culture be consistently aligned with its overall corporate goals and mission. Over the course of his 15-year career, he has helped build sales and marketing organizations and strategies at F500 organizations as well ramp up start-ups to over $45M in revenue. He has a proven track record of building and managing high performance teams and as well leading market penetration efforts through the implementation of effective strategies and brand enhancement.
Prior to this role, Jay was the Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing for Makkar Athletics Group Inc. In that capacity, Jay was instrumental in enhancing the business model, brand re-building, and developing the market strategy.
